Phil Silva
Phil has been on staff at the Urban Collaborative since September 1995.  From 1995 to 2002, Phil taught Humanities. In 2002, Phil began serving as a School Counselor at UCAP.  As a counselor, Phil worked closely with students in need of behavioral interventions, student recruitment and high school placement. He returned to classroom teaching in 2010 and currently serves as a Social Studies teacher.  During his tenure, he has served in a number of capacities including basketball coach, trip coordinator from Washington DC experience; guide for White Mountains journey; director of student-led Discipline Committee and member of School Improvement team.  Phil continues to work in academic summer program at UCAP and recently trained and implemented Summit Online Platform in his Social Studies classroom.

Outside of UCAP, Phil is involved with a number of athletic programs.  He currently serves as the Head Coach of Bishop Feehan High School Girls Soccer Program and 2002 Boys Elite team for Nova Premier Soccer Club in MA. He is also the founder of the Shamrock Soccer Academy.  Phil has volunteered with a number of youth athletic programs including North Attleboro Parks & Recreation Program, Little League of North Attleboro, North Soccer Club and Attleboro Youth Soccer.
