You Can Help

You can help a struggling inner city student gain the knowledge, skills, and behavior to successfully complete his or her high school education. Your contribution will make a difference right now, and its impact will last a lifetime.   While UCAP does receive tuition from the Providence, Central Falls, and Cranston schools districts, the results that UCAP achieves are only possible due to additional philanthropic funding from both foundations and private individuals.

Annual Fund:  Beyond School programs

Part of UCAP's formula for improving our students' lives and getting them back on track is to engage both the kids and their families in a wide range of activities during non-school hours, including, after school, weekends, and even during the summer. UCAP holds various activities between 8 and 10 hours per day, 6 days per week, 45-50 weeks out of the year.

The Fund for UCAP, the school's independent non-profit 501(c)(3) fundraising arm, needs to raise $300,000 every year to cover the costs of these important elements in our formula for student success.  Please consider making a donation to the Beyond School programs.

We are so grateful for your gift!  We accept cash donations, gifts of stock, matching gifts, planned gift from your estate, or in-kind giving.
