UCAP Director Rob Deblois, filmmaker Tim Hotchner and Jason, America and Yazmine attend the Rhode Island International Film Festival screening of "Accelerating America." Hotchner followed the three students for a full school year, capturing their school and home lives and depicting the challenges each faced in trying to overcome the obstacles of academic failure, poverty, and abandonment.
