BK Nordan

B.K. began his teaching career at UCAP in 2002.  Prior to his job interview, a college professor told B.K., about UCAP, saying, “That’s where you’re supposed to be,” so he went!  B.K. graduated with a BA in History and a BA in Education from the University of Rhode Island.

Concurrently with his teaching career, B.K. embarked on a professional wrestling career.  Along with wrestling all over the Northeast, he has wrestled for the WWE on numerous occasions and once performed stunts for a nationally released TV commercial.  B.K. was also the boy’s head basketball coach from 2004-2010, with a state title in 2007, and helped start the girl’s basketball program.

From 2009-2012 he served on the Board of Trustees for the school district in his hometown of Central Falls, RI.  In 2012, B.K. was named Rhode Island’s James Madison Fellowship award winner.  He earned his Master degree in American History from Providence College in 2014.
